Our 30-Day Yoga Challenge begins this month! Empower yourself, shift your vision and transform your body! Whatever your motivation, jump in for your best self ever!
What is a 30 Day Challenge? The challenge is to complete 30 classes in 30 days (if you miss a day, no sweat, you can take more than one class a day to meet your quota). Participants in the challenge record their progress on our Challenger Board. You’ll get a gold star for every class attended, and if you complete the challenge, you’ll be entered to win a 3 month membership at Sutra Yoga & Barre. You’ll receive the support and motivation of our amazing community and as a group, participants will be inspired and driven by their common goal.
Why participate in a 30 Day Yoga Challenge? Committing to a daily practice allows the benefits of yoga to unfold at a more rapid pace. You’ll feel the difference physiologically, mentally, emotionally and physically. And you'll be entered to win more free yoga!
How can you prepare? You choose your start date. Choose any day in September as your first day, your 30 days starts then. It’s best to set an intention for your challenge. Why are you doing it? What do you hope will come out of the challenge? Tell your friends and family what you are doing and get them on board for support!
If you want to commit to completing this challenge, then make it a priority. Use these 30 days to immerse yourself in your wellness. Simplify and streamline your life. Examine your current daily routine and activities and determine what really needs to stay and what can go. Maybe you’ll cut back on TV and social media so you have time for class. Chances are that you won’t even miss it after 30 days.
The reward? A stronger practice and a renewed commitment to self. And if that’s not enough (we think it is).... you’ll be entered to win a 3-month membership to Sutra Yoga & Barre.
